AT&T’s central regional office, a 400,000sf office building, is undergoing a cooling tower replacement. The project entails the demolition of three cooling towers and positioning two new upgraded units in their place. Since the building is occupied, a critical aspect of the project is shutting down only one cooling tower while keeping the other functional for the continued comfort of the building’s tenants. The phased demolition, in conjunction with the phased replacement plan, will ensure that AT&T’s operations are seamlessly functional.
