Safety is paramount to Wellington’s operation and ongoing success. Production and quality are only secondary to the safety, health, and welfare of employees and subcontractors. Our fully developed safety program exceeds OSHA requirements and CDC pandemic regulations, and our low number of reportable incidents are a result of one simple motto: Safety First. Wellington’s program reflects just that. Every work day begins with a toolbox talk, every week we incorporate a safety meetings, and every job has a site-specific safety plan. We’re continually educating our team to ensure Wellington’s excellent safety records are maintained and to bring us one step closer to zero incidents.
